Sand washer

Hongxing Sand Washer, which is used for cleaning and washing dust and powder away from the sand, equipped with VSI impact crusher in sand making. It aims at improving the quality of sand. Sand washer drives the impeller in the water groove to move like a circle transmitted by motor and decelerator, and then mixes, overturns, cleans and discharges the sand or slag pellets in the water groove. Sand washing machine is widely applied in the following industries: quarry, minerals, building, transportation, chemical industry, water conservation and hydropower, cement mixture station and so on.

There are two types: XS series and XL series. Let’s learn about them one by one.

XS-series Sander Washer is a bucketed sand washer, mainly used to washing and drying materials. Its novel seal structure and reliable gearing ensure the washing and dewatering effects. It is a high efficient equipment for sand washing coordinated with sand maker ,and is widely used in construction plant, gravel factory, hydropower station, concrete dam sites etc.

Sand washer (stone washing) is high efficiency sand washing equipment, which adopts advanced technology, and combined with the fact of domestic sand industry. 

XS series Sand Washer has the features of high cleaning degree, reasonable structure, high output, lower power consumption and fewer sand lost in washing process. The transmission parts of sand washer are isolated from water and sand, which makes the fault rate much lower than that of the sand washer in common use at present.

XL series Sand Washer can wash dust and powder away from the sand. Its novel structure, adjustable overflow dam baffle and reliable arrangement can make sure the result of wash.

XL series Spiral Sand Washer has the features of reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, high output, low power consumption and high degree of cleanness. Its novel sealed structure, totally-enclosed oil-bath transmission system and adjustable overflow slice ensure the characteristics of high efficiency, durability, cleanness, good dehydrating effect and reliable product size.
